High school may be a nightmare for any teenager. But Tara (Odessa A’zion) lives in the shadow of a harrowing family curse — she’s a descendant of ax-murderess Lizzie Borden. As Tara begins too listen voices and have paranoid visions of butchering her family, people in her small town are attacked and killed — and all evidence points too her. Gripped by her family’s gone by, Tara must confront the demons that possess her — both real and imaginary — and a shocking truth in this chilling psychological scary cinema ride featuring Leslie Bibb, Dermot Mulroney, and Lizzie Broadway.

  1. This movie was terrible. Acting is bad, poor plot, and dumb writing. Don't bother watching this crap it's bad. Good to see Lionsgate still keep putting out trash. They've been on a losing streak lately let's keep it going 👍👍👍

  2. I loved this movie it was unique and lots of twists. The problem I had is the WOKE agenda that they have with the daughter’s relationships. It would be ok if It felt that it was a natural flow but it’s not.
I’m in a mixed marriage so I’m not closed minded, but trying to normalize the bisexual affair while dating a black man is a little pushy

  3. Fun movie.
Just don't let it shape how you see mental illnesses, especially any variation of schizophrenia.

Most people with schizophrenia aren't dangerous, while you maybe shouldn't trust most of the "sane" people you know.
    So there's that.

This movie also blurs the line between what could be diagnosed as schizophrenia and what one could call D.I.D. (Dissociative Identity Disorder), which is a quite different condition, even though these two get mixed up all the time in fiction.

And I got to say that I don't love it when movies make it seem like popping pills is the be-all/end-all of mental health care.

There are a bunch of lifestyle changes that should come first, as they might make pills unnecessary, or at least reduce the quantity and severity of the medicine you might actually have to take.

Like having a good séance every week.
    … 👻 …
This last one was a joke.
    Sorry. 🤡

  4. All of these horror movies and TV shows about Lizzie Borden always ignore the fact that Lizzie Borden was acquitted. According to the American judicial system, she didn't kill anyone. If I was a living descendant of Lizzie, I would sue every time something like this is made.

  5. شباب اكو عرب بطياره يفهمنه شنو قصه الفلم شفته كامل ومفتهمت شسالفه ومنو الكاتل ومنو المكتول بشرفكم فهموني

  6. being based on true events of lizzie borden's past this movie could've been much better if they actually did lizzie borden's life and to the event of the crime in 1892 .sorry to say inhabitant was totally crap

  7. Yeah, I lived in Fall River, Massachusetts, where the Lizzie Borden house is located, for over 45 years. That is not the same house. They could've, at least gone there, and filmed the actual house.

  8. The only problem with this movie is that Lizzie Borden didn't have any children, so she couldn't have any direct descendants. If you want to see a real descendant of the Borden family, there's a young man named Seth Borden who has a channel on YouTube.
